Project Lead: As the project founder, Gavin held responsibility in overseeing every aspect of the device's production, ensuring everyone saw reasonable progress. He was the most involved in gathering data and testing prototypes with athletes on the field. Business and Marketing Lead: As the marketing lead, Rohan helped with local outreach to expand ReForm's presence. He was also mainly in charge of the paired app design to provide a more engaging device experience. Design and Manufacturing Lead: Ishaq was focused on programming and designing the main ReForm device. By engaging in trial runs, he continuously updated components to find the optimal manufacturing technique. General Member: Matthew provided miscellaneous support for each aspect of the design process. Any issues or projects that could not be addressed by the primary leads were handled by him.
